At zenviques, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with our store policy and UAE consumer protection principles.

How to Return:

• Contact us at ea5059285@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions:

• Opened software, digital downloads, or items with broken seals are non-returnable unless defective.
• Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
